How else do you explain Sandy Berger getting a $10,000 fine ( even the judge thought the sweetheart plea deal was too good and raised the fine to $50,000) and probation for <strong></strong><strong>STEALING CLASSIFIED</strong> documents from the National Archives and destroying them, while Scooter Libby gets sentenced to 30 months behind bars AND a $250,000 fine for failing to remember what he told an FBI agent two years previously? Not only that, but Sandy Berger will get his security clearance reinstated in time for a position in a Hillary cabinet if she wins election. Scooter Libby, unless he gets the conviction overturned or a pardon, will NEVER get another security clearance and won't even be able to vote in most states or own any firearm or return to practicing law in ANY state.
