The Border Patrols mission is to keep the country safe from terrorist and terrorist weapons, he said. Carrillo added that when and if terrorists come into the country, the agents will be ready.

Hmmm, incapable of dealing with a bunch of narcoterrorists or illegal aliens, but ready to deal with real terrorists? Those are two exclusionary positions. If you can’t handle the far less dangerous of the two, you sure as hell aren’t capable of handling the more dangerous of them.
