SFL, you seem to fail to realize that last year’s change of control in Congress was one of the smallest margins of change in a century. That’s hardly a mandate. My particular congressman ran unopposed. I couldn’t even vote for a Republican because there wasn’t one on the ticket in this district. A lot of the Democrats who won are Blue Dog Democrats and some of those will face stiff opposition in 08, if they tow the liberal agenda line of higher taxes, more gun control, gay marriage, and abortion on demand. The southern democrats are NOT the liberal San Francisco democrats. The Democratic party is no longer the party of JFK. There is a reason why Zell Miller wrote the book “A National Party No More.” The Far left liberals may be very vocal, but they aren’t even close to a majority in this country. As long as the MSM keeps polling San Francisco and NYC, the polls are going to come up wrong. If Hillary and the Libs try to push through their anti American agenda, expect more terrorist attacks and possibly another revolution. Of course I do have to take into account the person I’m responding to. The same person who regards Alberto Gonzales as the worst AG in memory, but won’t acknowledge Janet Reno’s involvement in the deaths of scores of American citizens.

The anti-war Left has been right about Iraq since before the invasion.

Everything negative that we predicted has come true.

Nothing positive has come out of this miserable adventure.

The Iraqi puppet government will fall the moment the US leaves.

We are all worse off because of the stupidity of Bush and the stupidity of those Americans who voted to put him in office.

Thankfully, the American people have woke up and are putting the Democrats back in their rightful position of government leadership.

Republicans just plain SUCK at governing. Campaigning, you are kings…but you can’t govern for shit.

The Democrats say they support the troops because a lot of them lost office or credibility or even family because they did not support the troops in Gulf War I.

Remember Old Sot Kennedy screaming about 50,000 body bags? They old booze hound hasn’t sobered up since or got the message.

The newly elected Defeatocrats don’t want to lose their shysterly won offices. They want defeat to justify themselves and their election.
