This demand is coming from a senator who slandered Italian-Americans over 18 months ago and never apologized. It’s coming from the senator who declared the war lost months ago. It’s coming from the senator who declared that he wouldn’t listen to Gen. Petraeus no matter what he said, months before he even said it. It’s coming from the senator who doesn’t know the difference between legal citizens and residents and illegal aliens. It’s coming from the senator who told a room full of school kids that the President of the United States is a “loser.”
It’s coming from a senate majority leader currently leading a congress that’s at 11% approval.
Look, Sen. Reid, if you’re casting about for someone who actually owes an apology to US troops, start here.
It’s also going to provide some momentum to a Right Wing base that has been pretty much de-moralized in recent months. Reid blasting Limbaugh as unpatriotic after kowtowing to the worst of the nut roots crowd, including it’s most notorious surrender monkeys is a hoot, as is John Kerry trying to make some hay out of the deal. Sit back and enjoy the show folks, the Dems have bitten off more than they can chew and given that they are basically toothless when it comes to supporting the troops, this will produce a quagmire for them that will make Vietnam pale by comparison.

Democrites Reid and others once again stoop to unprecedented lows to disgrace themselves and the political process. They despise Limbaugh so much because he effectively exposes their lies and manipulations and they just don’t like that.
