Bon Bon, I see what you are saying..but I can’t help but think how much SFL loved watching the Blue Angels yesterday. Yes, he ismad and bitter about losing his friend in the war, but I don’t think even he thinks this is cool…

The Blue Angels are awesome; I watch their show at Andrews every year. I do feel sorry that SFL lost his friend and every other person who knows of or has a loved one in the military. These brave souls are our freedom and without them the US can’t survive. SFL should know how much they are loved, respected and appreciated.
Thanks for asking about the job. I’m off to a shaky start as my Mom is not doing so well and I had to take off. Waiting for hubby right now to travel home. BUT, so far so good and they are really nice people.
3, Pam, SFL has more issues than that. He, and other liberals, do not deal with their issues in healthy ways. Yeah…Code Pink never really had my support.
Out here in SF, I’ve seen them picket a hotel entrance where Clinton was having a fundraiser, I’ve walked past Nancy Pelosi’s home and saw them camping out on her sidewalk, and now this in Berkeley.
I’m a big fan of direct action and all that, but all these times I’ve seen them I have disagreed with what they were doing and thought to myself; “that’s stupid”.
Their hearts are in the right place, but not their heads – I think.
I am so sick of all these bungholes, from Code Pinko to John Murtha insulting attacking our military. I think they should all be rounded up and transported to Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. We’ll pull our armed forces back, and let these misfits confront the terrorists.
There is one logistical problem, though…we will be responsible for disposal of their bodies, or will the terrorists handle that?
Well they are allowed to say what they want, you know.
This is after all, a free country.
And what you joke about is an ironicly un-american attitude.

Say what they want… Yes, they have that right. Commit Vandalism….. No, they do not.
While they may have the right to speak their minds, they also have to accept responsibility when those actions cross the line. Vandalism is a crime.
Seeing as the police can’t see fit to arrest these vandals, perhaps a proper response would have been for a couple of Marines to walk out and begin spray painting their cars with Camouflage paint and Marine Corps bumper stickers. Or maybe even sneak up to their houses at night and plaster the places with bumper stickers and hundred mile an hour duct tape. For those who don’t know, there is duct tape and then there is MIL SPEC duct tape. This stuff has about 50 times the adhesion rating of regular duct tape. It’s used for everything from holding Pershing Missiles sections together in flight (MACH 2) to (with a little bondo to smooth out the surface) repair bullets holes in fighter aircraft. I can pretty well guess that a few thousand dollars worth of detailing to remove the paint and stickers would get these morons to rethink their actions.
