So the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation, it’s now official, is going to get in excess of $4.2 million. This quote from Harry comes as a surprise to Rush:
“Never did we think that this letter would bring money of this nature. And, for the cause, Madam President, it is extremely good. Now, everyone knows that Rush Limbaugh and I don’t agree on everything in life and maybe that is kind of an understatement. But without qualification, Mark May [sic] — the owner of the network that has Rush Limbaugh — and Rush Limbaugh should know that this letter that they’re auctioning is going to be something that raises money for a worthwhile cause.”
Where does ABC get the idea that the Democrats auctioned this letter?

I was so pleased to see this letter got so much money. It will be a welcome boost to the people who need it the most. And to think Rush is matching it. Wow! What a patriot.
Now one has to wonder what happened to the moveon.org letter the dems wrote to them….NOT!

And I have to wonder how many pairs of shorts Harry and the tweedle dee/tweedle dum gang soiled when they saw how much publicity their UNCONSTITUTIONAL attempt to silence Rush was going to get. Liberals need to learn that free speech goes BOTH ways.

Great Harry, you at least realize it’s a good cause. Rush challenged you and the other useless idiots who signed it to join him in matching the winning bid. Considering the list of names includes at least half a dozen multi millionaires, it shouldn’t be too hard for at least the group of you to match Rush’s PERSONAL contribution even if you aren’t willing to do so individually. Make yourselves useful idiots for a change, donate to a good cause with your own money instead of taking it from the US taxpayer and then claiming how generous you are. Generosity means giving YOUR OWN money to a good cause, not giving someone else’s. How about it Sens. Clinton and Edwards? You’re both MULTI MILLIONAIRES and claim to care so much for the Poor and the military. PUT YOUR MONEY WERE YOUR MOUTH IS!!!

I have just received an anonymous e-mail with a link to a site, I Call BS, that purports to have a secret recording of Harry Reid’s Secretary from Friday morning. You can listen to the mp3 and judge for yourself. It seems authentic to me.
Some one should tell Rush.

Hey Simon, That MP3 was funny. Fake, but funny. I’m sure there were a number of calls flying back and forth between the gang of 41. Too bad they aren’t true liberals, they’d be standing in line to run off to rehab to excuse their lack of common sense. Of course they could all congregate in the Edward Kennedy private wing. Heaven knows he hasn’t been to rehab recently or frequently enough. Or if he has, it hasn’t worked.
