A New Democratic Message Coming..
Gee, I wonder what it will be. Nancy’s “drained the swamp” line did so well on the heels of Hsugate! Whatever it is, it looks like it will be a fun time had by all during the brainstorming:
Pelosi’s Chief of Staff John Lawrence, Hoyer’s Chief of Staff Terry Lierman and Clyburn’s Chief of Staff Yelberton Watkins sent a joint e-mail late Friday afternoon asking all chiefs of staff, legislative directors, communications directors and press secretaries for both members and committees to meet at 1 p.m. Monday in the spacious Ways and Means hearing room in the Longworth House Office Building.
“We will discuss a major member-driven message campaign that the New Direction Congress will be carrying out in the coming weeks,” the aides wrote in an e-mail.
There will also be plenty of pizza.

Reid and Pelosi …. Hapless and Clueless, were a one-trick pony in the last election: give us control and power and we’ll end the war and that seemed good enough for the so-called msm as they convinced the majority of Americans to vote in the Dems …. once their Iraq war bs ended, they have nothing else to offer except more of the same garbage the Republicans were accused of doing only the earmarks and other stuff aren’t getting the same scrutiny in the media as they did when the Republicans were in power …. so, now Reid and Pelosi are reduced to pushing a marketing pr offensive to convince Americans they actually know what they are doing and have solutions to problems. Sad and Pathetic.

You have got to be kidding me!!! How many of you have ever had to convene a meeting with the distinct purpose of tooling yourself with talking points about who you are and what you have done? If the Democrats don’t know who they are by now they never will. Their problem is the fact that they know who they are and they don’t want you to know. There is only one reason you have a meeting like this and that reason is simple, you want to make sure everyone is on the same page when you start to twist the truth so you can all say the same thing and not trip over each others lies. As we all know, the best lies have a grain of truth to them, which is why they are believable. The Democrats have been and continue to live by the principal “If you tell a lie often enough it will eventually become the truth.” The major flaw in their thinking is the fact that the American people are not uninformed anymore. They can not shovel this drivel and have the people swallow it just because they and the main stream media say so. They can meet all they want and come up with collaborative stories that are great to tell but that is all they are stories. Look at who they are and what their track records display and that is all you need to know.
