		<description>Once the Democrats figure out that gazing at one&#039;s shoes doesn&#039;t qualify as a &quot;NewD irectionâ€, they may actually accomplish something.
Perhaps they should listen to their own rhetoric from last year about working in a bi-partisan way, but I don&#039;t expect that anytime soon.  First, they have to figure out the &quot;bi-partisan&quot; doesn&#039;t mean that the other party just caves in.</description>
