My brother lives in LA and was there in `94 for the big Northridge quake. As freaky as these small ones are, I know they're nothing compared to upper 6's and 7's and can only imagine what those must be like. As far as moving from SF...nah...I'm stayin' (!) What you felt was noting. I was in Ahaheim for the Landers and Big Bear quakes. Nothing like being awakened at 5 am with the pet screaming and the walls bobbing and weaving like they were loose leaf paper. Follow that up by another round at 8 am and a phone call from my Uncle in Phoenix asking if we felt that one because the water was splashing out of HIS pool in Phoenix. 14, SFL, better find another place to live.
