I like Joe Lieberman. I would HATE to see him removed from the Senate unless the Republicans can get a large majority as his seat would almost assuredly be filled by some nut job from the far left wing of the Democratic party. His willingness to stand up to that wing of the party has helped keep them in check. Without his vote, they have little hope of overriding anything. If his voice of moderation would be silenced by removing it to the administration, the liberals would potentially be able to run amok.

I like Joe. I don’t always agree with him but he’s a good man with a RATIONAL opinion. He is also a veteran senator and has a more ‘insiders’ view of life on committees. He should be listened to. If only the democrats would understand that. Personally I would like to see a Republican win the presidency and put Joe in a position in the administration. Such as Secretary of State??
