Dean Pontificates On Religion

Jews can go to heaven

  • “there are no bars to heaven for anybody,”
  • A DNC official said the chairman was saying that “Democrats, unlike the Republicans, are an inclusive party, respectful of all people, and he said that prayer in public settings should reflect that.” The official said Dean’s comment about prayer was “not that you can or can’t use Jesus’ name – he was not that specific at all.” The bulk of Dean’s remarks were devoted to “the power that people have to make a change when they work together,” the official said
  • Got that? Okay, now read this:

  • “This country is not a theocracy,” Dean said, according to JTA. “There are fundamental differences between the Republican Party and the Democratic Party. The Democratic Party believes that everybody in this room ought to be comfortable being an American Jew, not just an American; that there are no bars to heaven for anybody; that we are not a one-religion nation; and that no child or member of a football team ought to be able to cringe at the last line of a prayer before going onto the field.”
  • The report said that in a “decidedly partisan speech,” Dean “painted the Republican Party as religiously and racially exclusive.”

I don’t think Dr. Dean is going to heaven. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the LIFE.”

The other point is that GOD says who gets into Heaven, not Dean, the Democrats, or anyother damned human.

How can Liberals, who have forsaken God and now dance around the Golden Calf of Liberalism, expect anything?

I just read the rest of this topic. So Jews can go to Heaven too? How nice of Dr. Dean to extend that to them!

And yes, today’s Democrite party is the engine of religious tolerance! They tolerate everything; Islam, Zoroastrians, Carrot worship, the Religion of Liberalism, the Global Warming religion, everything except Christianity that is.

You know, they do tolerate alot and Islam is certainly a religion they tolerate but they do NOT support Israel. Nada, no way. If you don’t believe that take a look around you. Example: why do you think they made it so tough for John Bolten in the UN? He was on Israels side. Does anyone think it’s a coincidence that a card carrying member of the American Communist Party (Ned Lamont) had the support of the loony left in Connecticut and poor Joe had to run as an independent? They don’t support jews or Israel.

No bars (saloons) in Heaven? Well, “In Heaven there is no beer. That’s why we drink it here, and when I’m gone from here. My friends will be drinking all the beer! …”

I seem to recall a passage from the Bible, something Jesus said…let’s see…oh yeah that was it: “It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a Liberal to enter the gates of Heaven”

That quote, when said properly, is one of the stronger bits of evidence from the Bible that show Jesus Christ as not only a liberal, but a class warrior.

Disgusted by the religion and what it’s become, but you gotta love a guy who says something as bold and unconventional as that. (!)

“Liberals have no respect for Christianity whatsoever. I take deep offence with this statement.”

Sorry BonBon. But, be joyful in that I believe Islam, Animism, monotheism, polytheism and the whole lot of them are EQUALLY as stupid (IMHO) as Christianity.

It’s not like I’m biased towards one over the other.

      ———

“If religion is so stupid SFL, why are you studying Islam?”

For a lot of reasons, I suppose. Mainly because we are in the middle of a culture clash of sorts, and I’m interested in learning about the “other side”.

Having once been “saved” and Born-Again myself, I’ve always been naturally curious about the human belief in god/s and afterlife.

23, SFL, you are one sad puppy. Unlike popular ideas, when you go to Hell, you not only are cut off from GOD, but everything else. You are in eternal torture. You can’t even speak to Satan.
