I believe in my heart that if they had been more supportive less mistakes would have been made, the morale of the troops would have been much greater and possibly the Iraqi's would have been more successful sooner. After all one has to remember we had abandoned them after the Persian Gulf War and coupled with the negative chants from the democrats they lived in fear we would abandon them again. I hope there is so much more progress made by the end of Bush's term that there is no doubt we, along with the Iraqi's, will prevail and a rock solid alliance will have been made. Wouldn’t it be nice if the democrats actually wished our success?
