This new polling data is bad news for Chavez. He certainly cannot afford to lose this referendum.

He needs to bring in consultants, bring in the pros to make sure he wins: The American Democrite Soros-Financed Party experts! They didn't invent election fraud, but they sure have developed it to its full potential! With the Democrites as consultants, surely Chavez can add perhaps as much as 15 to 20 percent to his numbers!

And as unprincipled as the Democrites of today are, they would be quick to hire on to helping Chavez! It might somehow be spun to make Bush look bad!
