Democratic Aide Mike McHaney Busted For Arranging A Three Way With 13 year-old boy

By: Pam On: Dec/3/07 - 18 Comments

This is bad enough, right? Well, he was John Kerry’s travel coordinator in 2004. He became an ex aide after his arrest.

Do you think the left will find 8 gay male hookers that slept with him?

Where is hounding of Kerry that would happen to a GOP senator whose aide was outed in such a fashion?

Not a peep from the MSM…yet they are still talking about Larry Craig’s wide stance.

I demand justice and equality. I want the msm to play this over and over and over again. I want to see it on the front page of the NYT, Boston Globe, Seattle Intelligencer and other liberal biased news organizations. And further I want to hear the libbies speak out against this outrageous behavior.

Only in my dreams I guess.

    BonBon,

Just put this one in your back pocket for the next GOP scandal next week.

This story, if the MSM is indeed fair and balanced, should be leading the network news for a week.

Calm down. This is not a huge media story because it only involves a low-level staffer and not an actual Senator or Representative.

    BonBon,
I too demand justice and equality. It is abhorrent to be salivating over the political consequences and shaming & scapegoating this aide before he even has a day court. Mr. Mchaney did not actually meet with the fictitious boy that the FBI agents created through their entrapment scheme. Yet he is being tarred and feather all over the media and through postings like yours for an IM conversation. Since when is shaming a suspect part of our justice system? And how much of this media firestorm is actually being fueled by anti-gay sentiment? This to me seems to be cruel and unusual punishment for an accomplished aide who has not even had a chance to defend himself.

Like we said, if it was a Republican-related issue, it would lead the news.

    THAT is the point.

7- Let me get this straight..This was entrapment? Was it entrapment with Larry Craig?

Don’t come here and confuse being gay with being a pedophile..they are not one and the same. This was a gay man that was arrested for trying to have sex with a minor which puts it into the category of pedophilia.

His boss sure was quick to fire him..no comment on that?

The cooperating witness and McHaney, court records show, knew one another. The informant told federal authorities that McHaney “had a sexual interest in male children” and that they had “exchanged images of child pornography with each other on previous occasions.”

Before working in Cantwell’s office, McHaney’s experience included doing advance work for the 2004 presidential campaigns of both former Rep. Dick Gephardt (D-Mo.) and Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) in 2004. …..

……McHaney was fired from Cantwell’s office after the arrest. The senator’s chief of staff, Michael Meehan, issued a statement late Monday saying, “Late Friday afternoon the FBI informed our office that a Senate employee was arrested. The employee was immediately fired. Our office has and will continue to fully cooperate with the ongoing federal criminal investigation. Senator Cantwell has zero tolerance for crimes against children.”

Gee MGA, I’m not sure what example to use to combat your post. Well, Senator Craig was bullwhipped. Tom Delay, accused yet hasn’t even gotten his day in court yet. The indictment and the press coverage alone was enough to virtually ruin his career. Oh yeah, and then there is the Valerie Plame thing where Scooter Libby was crucified for what? Nothing really, except he got his story mixed up after telling it about a million times. Nothing much happened to that Sandy Burger thing though except he lost his clearance for 3 years and may yet serve in a Presidential administration. And let’s not even go into Bubba’s record. Justice in that alright.

Now tell me again what’s biased?

Pam: I am not the one confusing gay w/ being a pedophile. My point is that the media and even postings on this site are linking the two. What better way to express anti gay sentiment than by linking it with being a pedophile? You have to wonder if the reaction would have been the same had a straight aide faced the same allegations in regards to an underage girl. BonBon is correct in her assessment that Mr. Mchaney’s political career is ruined. It is just a sad state of affairs when that happens before his court date. Let’s not forget that he never actually had sex w/ a minor only that a FBI agent got him to agree to meet over his lunch hour.

11- Take a look at the archives..they speak for themselves with regards to my postings on peodophiles and gays..

The left has made it their mission to out gays on the right, men even learned how not to stand in a public bathroom, lest they be mistaken for a bathroom sex ranger…The left has a problem only if it is a Republican that is caught..one comment I saw today..the story would have beenbetter had it been a Republican..

Way to stand up for the kids.

Any form of degeneracy whasoever is quite ok for the Left, in fact is is often celebrated and tacitly encouraged. Even the accusation of such against a Republican or Conservative is of course, the kiss of death.

Now the Left claims it is approriate because such outed or accused right wingers are hypocrites since the Right positions itself as the voice of morality. The Left, howvere, is known to be degenerate and have no morals whatsoever. And doesn’t try to. Therefore no issue for them.

MGA the difference is that an instant message between a Republican lawmaker and a legal age male page ruins the career of the Republican lawmaker. Actual sex with a MINOR male page gets a Democratic lawmaker a standing ovation from his party members and he gets reelected repeatedly afterwards. And YES this is recorded fact NOT a joke or conjecture.

14- Maybe you should go back to sesame street.

Former Senate staffer Mike McHaney, who’a arrest Wonkette reported yesterday, belonged to an informal gay social group known as the Axis of Fun. The group, a source tells us, is not very well-liked. “They think they are the big shots within the gay community around DC and play kickball together and canoodle around Rehobeth.”

“They are total douche bags and several of them were friends with Mike on Facebook up until this morning, though that is beginning to change as they don’t want to be associated with him anymore. Same can be said for his Friendster page. Anyway, I’m sure Axis of Fun (AOF) are probably freaking out that they are associated with a now known pedophile.”

“Axis of Fun”, eh? Reminds me of the current Soros-owned Democrite Party: Axis of Degeneracy, Treason, Corruption, and Perjury.
