Howard Dean:” If anybody knows about Joseph Stalin’s tactics, it would be the people at Fox News….”

H/T to Tim Graham for this gem:

“I was asked how we can get politicians to stop speaking in sound bites and level with people, and [responded] ‘I suggest you bar the press.’ Apparently, that didn’t go over too well. . . . [National Press Club prez] Jerry Zremski asked, ‘Has Dean read the First Amendment?’ Well, Jerry, I have . . . and you can keep your guns. Fox News said, ‘Stalin thought he was right when he did the same thing.’ That was painful. . . . If anybody knows about Joseph Stalin’s tactics, it would be the people at Fox News. . . . How is it that this dinner is called off the record? [A reporter] explained it to me this way: Off the record means you can’t write about it for Sunday, you have to wait until Monday. . . . Seriously, though . . .” — Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean razzing his journalist hosts at Saturday’s Gridiron Club dinner. Ba-dum-bum.

The above quote should answerJWF’s question:

All this time the Dems have been trashing Fox News and in fact consider them to be nothing more then the propaganda arm of the current administration, but now with no doubt that MSNBC is further to the left then a bunch of Ron Paul supporters and CNN showing their blatant attempts at skewing the Republican debate and in the process shooting their credibility to the level of the New York Times, the last cable news agency with any credibility is Fox, regardless of your political leanings.

So do the Dems now try to make nice with Fox and in some way try to distance themselves from this scandal? Have no doubts, in listening to people talk about this incident they equally blame CNN, the Democrats and to a large degree Hillary in particular for what happened. Everybody associated with this perverse act of propaganda programming has been tainted.

The moonbats of the left will ignore this latest Dean gaffe. Dean is beyond being an embarassment.

The Democrats are busy burning their surrender flags and trying to find US Flags to fly in the stead of the white or UN flags they had been flying.

If anyone knows about Joseph Stalion’s tactics, it would the hardcore Leftists here, who are close cousins. With their so-called “fairness Doctrine”, desire to destroy the 2nd Amendment, and Political Correctness (Social Fascism) they are really not that far behind Papa Joe.

    Greetings,
Odd but I did not see or hear anyone at Fox news rigging questions or flying plants in for the debate. Dems can’t stand anyone telling the truth about them and the policies they support. As for New York times credibility for CNN, CNN could only dream. They are now the official “fish wrap” of record. Wasn’t it CNN who made nice with the dictators by the way?

yes it was. The Clinton News Network became also the Criminal New Netwrok when it was revealed that during Saddam’s tenure, for years, they had turned a blind eye to atrocities in order to maintain their favored status with Saddam. They knew Saddam was murdering people by the thousands but they chose not to tell the world the truth.

For this alone the Communist News Network should be placed into the toilet and given a double flush.
