Not now of course. By all accounts things won't really start to change until the mid to late century. The ME is a society made up of very smart people. They have sat back and watched as we have exploited their lands and let resentment fester. Now, rather than acknowledge respect and join in a more global economy that could benefit all they seethe with hate. But America is not alone in this exploitation. We made some Arab countries very, very rich and that was with cooperation from them. But a long time ago the west which includes Europe has not given enough recognition that these people are smart and forces to be reckoned with.
