Less than 2 miles from my house a Hispanic gang member and his sister opened fire on people in a neighboring house. One of the victims returned fire hitting the sister. 5 people in the targeted house were shot, the sister was shot and the asshole (who's gang nickname was "Psycho") shot at police with a semi automatic AK47 before escaping. He was on the loose for 3 days before they caught him. How many other people might he have hurt? He opened fire in a residential neighborhood with an assault rifle. Those rounds would've penetrated the walls on over half of the houses in the area. Of course the police won't tell whether he's illegal or not, but that's where the smart money is.
