I'd recommend that he start with the moron and the attorney who filed the 3 Quadrillion claim. Hold the negotiations on a cruise ship in international waters. Then dump the bodies of any plaintiff who doesn't agree to terms overboard and move on to the next plaintiff. The negotiations should go VERY smoothly after the first couple of plaintiffs and their attornies hit the drink. The corrupt politicians who squandered the billion$ the fed Gov't has poured into that area for Levee maintenance for 50+ years, instead of spending it on the Levees. 2.
