He's number 3 in delegates behind Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee. He came in 4th in Iowa behind those two and my favorite Fred Thompson. His campaign was nearly broke a few months ago, so he doesn't have the war chests that Mitt, Fred or Rudy have. To call McCain the front runner after his only winning one state and that a state that allows indies and Dems to vote in the GOP primary is ludicrous.
