Hot Air has some unofficial exir polls showing McCain in the lead, but I’ll wait and see. It would be my guess that the MSM is getting nervous because McCain isn’t winning, so therefore, do projections before the polls close. As the returns come in, I will update the post.

Conservative leader my Arse. There’s already been at least on confirmed incidence of poll workers being told to violate voting regulations by allowing independents to register as Republicans at the polling place. Conservatives don’t abridge free speech, push for open borders and amnesty for law breakers, etc etc etc. His own MOTHER says that the only way that McCain gets the conservatives to vote for him is if they hold their noses. This guy is a RINO through and through. He said that he learned his lesson from the Shamnesty debacle last year but his Hispanic outreach director is a former member of the Vicente Fox cabinet who took an oath to MEXICO (an oath that could be construed as declaring allegiance to a foreign power and thereby forfeiture of US citizenship), has declared that there should be no borders between the US and Mexico and stated that he hopes that all Americans of Mexican ancestry look at themselves as Mexicans first and Americans second. Exactly HOW is THAT supposed to be in the best interest of THIS COUNTRY?
