SFL he does. He's of Mexican descent and has US and Mexican citizenship. He also took an oath to the Mexican government which could, if looked into, jeopardize his US citizenship. If I remember correctly his name is Juan Hernandez. He's a MAJOR open borders advocate almost to the point of being a supporter of reconquista.

McCain may be acting like he's saying one thing, but his actions are decidely saying something else.

"McCain hasn't changed a THING about his position on amnesty for illegal aliens being wrong. His Hispanic outreach director is an absolute open borders former member of Vicente Fox's cabinet."

And I heard on some right-wing talk radio show that the guy has duel citizenship. (!)

#7 FAO exactly right on (as usual). My reaction too. I guess by McCain's logic we should implement a statute of limitations on all crimes, of whatever nature, also? For example, forget about Cold Case Files. If we can't find the perp in 20 years, they go scott free. Kings X, they walk.

If you commit a crime, you accrue equity. The longer you go without being prosecuted, the closer you are to avoiding it all together.

What a lunatic...

That just shows how out of touch with reality McCain is. If there is anyone who has been here illegally for 30 years, it's their fault they're not citizens. We gave them all amnesty 20 years ago and all that did was attract more illegal aliens.

McCain hasn't changed a THING about his position on amnesty for illegal aliens being wrong. His Hispanic outreach director is an absolute open borders former member of Vicente Fox's cabinet. McCain is still an open borders, amnesty for all illegal aliens, fraud. If you listen to his position on it, he hasn't changed in the least, he's just claiming that the borders have to be secured "First" BEFORE giving 12-20 million illegal aliens, including violent criminals and gang members amnesty. He's even gone so far as to sound byte the whole thing and pass the buck by claiming that he'll have the border state governors certify that the border is secure. There are two VERY important problems with that comment. First off, securing the border is the responsibility of the FEDERAL government, not the states. Secondly, that allows open border illegal alien vote whores like our Janet Napolitano to certify that half a box of toothpicks and a roll of dental floss is adequate to secure the border. It simply didn't sink into his thick white hair covered skull that the voters weren't saying secure the borders before granting amnesty, they were saying SECURE THE #$%^&* borders and NO @#$%^& AMNESTY. Letting them stay and pay a small fine is NOT putting them at the back of the line. At this point, short of a terror attack on one of the debate sites that kills all three of the front runners, we're pretty much going to up to our asses with newly legal foreign nationals who refuse to speak English or return to their home country. Aliens who reek havoc on our penal system, our educational systems and our health systems.

I won't support him, in fact I'll only vote for him because there is no other choice. I would actively support anyone who campaigns in a Republican primary against him for his Senate seat if he loses.

Bon Bon- No, not that I am aware of. If you noticed on Tuesday, early voters cast their ballots for Thompson..it was basically a wasted vote.

Sen. McCain, 2003: "Amnesty Has To Be An Important Part."

"Amnesty has to be an important part because there are people who have lived in this country for 20, 30 or 40 years, who have raised children here and pay taxes here and are not citizens. That has to be a component of it,' he said. 'How can we have a temporary worker program if we're not allowing people who have been here for 30 years to hold jobs here?'" (C. T. Revere, "McCain Pushes Amnesty, Guest-Worker Program," Tucson Citizen, 5/29/03)
