She’s angry, but I am fairly certain, he is right:
“The contempt of Congress statute was not intended to apply and could not constitutionally be applied to an executive branch official who asserts the president’s claim of executive privilege,” Mukasey wrote, quoting Justice policy.
“Accordingly,” Mukasey concluded, “the department has determined that the noncompliance by Mr. Bolten and Ms. Miers with the Judiciary Committee subpoenas did not constitute a crime.”

Pelosi just doesn’t get it. She and her ilk want investigations and all other various wastes of time garbage, don’t they?
I am pretty sure that Pelosi has no idea what the seperation of powers means..
It is all about HER power!
Now leave Nancy alone, she has to get her mat out and kneel facing east.
It’s hard to believe this stupid AG wanna-be-scandal nonsense is still around! Here’s a couple of hints to pelosi and her Keystone Cops:
1. There never was anything here; the Executive can hire and fire AGs for no reason at all.
2. The American people (the ones that even understood this)couldn’t care less, save for a few nutroots, moonbats, and whackjobs.
