"If you lose in November, you should be embarrassed to be a Dem!"

----------------

That's one thing we can agree on! I'd be pretty pissed off with the Home Team if Obama or (shudder) Clinton were to lose this one.

Worse comes to worse, McCain gets in; he won't be able to do much with a Congress controlled by Democrats (who will most likely gain more seats in both houses).

The worst part of a McCain presidency, IMHO, would be four more years of that disgusting Iraq War.

Here s what I think:

The Dem leadership is some of the most incomptent, bungling group of pseudo-intellectual idiots I've ever seen. They are doing almost absolutely everything in their power to bungle the presidency. If I were a Dem, Howard Dean would be an embarassment to my party. Disenfranchising 2 key voter states over a mere $10 million isn't the smartest move in the world.

By all rights, the Dems should win in Novemenber because of the sheer stupidy of the Republicans over the last 3 years. An unpopular foreign policy plus domestic economical woes and fiscal librealism should spell a loss for the Republicans.

SFL- it shouldn't be anywhere close to what the polls are indicating at this point. If you lose in Novemeber, you should be embarrassed to be a Dem! (well, you should be anyway supporting such a crooked idealeology).

If I were you, I'd go green party. ;)

...BTW, I'm being just a little facetious on that last remark - for the record. SFL not predicting the outcome...yet.

McCain will probably be a formidable opponent. His recent Iraq visit was a good move; it's hard to stay on the front page with the Dems dominating the headlines.

Oh man, it's gonna be up and down for awhile. Plenty of time still left in the game.

And I just looked on Drudge; it seems that Gallop has Obama back on top of Clinton (heh-heh)...

McCain? His campaign hasn't even come close to raising the kind of money Obama, or even Clinton, has.

I'd like to think the Dem Nom will smoke him come November...
