Illegal Alien Deportations on the Rise! Yes, I am happy to see that we are deporting illegal aliens, but when looking at Employment Verification Could Cost $40 Billion, we have a long way to go!

When we turn off the magnet, the problem will solve itself.

Truer words were never spoken. I am from a small town that has turned down the magnet quite a bit, and bused many out of town. It’s a start, but as you say a long way to go. We had gotten in such a mess with so many, it was causing problem after more problems. Also, it was becoming a stigma if you hired them. Small town gossip quickly made you a target of bad business dealings and people shunned you. That is the way to make things very uncomfortable. I had a landscaping business for 20 plus years and never resorted to hiring illegals. Smart move on my part, as my customers didn’t want them at their house, casing the place to rob at a later date and I just would not deal with the culture differences. Too hard to make understand what I needed and the lack of trust, I found to be too high a risk. You get what you pay for, and I hired reliable good American workers, mainly women. It worked very well and we did excellent work with little problems. I have invented a card game, and it is made in the USA! I refused to have it made in China, and I am so pleased I stayed committed to my belief of that. When you get committed on anything, divine providence comes in and things work well. I’m not bragging or complaining but have always trusted and relied on my belief in God meeting my needs according to his riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. Nothing will change my mind on this, as I cannot compromise, if the whole world does, well so what! I don’t live by the world’s standards. No worries!
