I have heard that with Corn you get ~1.2 units of energy in Ethanol for every 1 energy unit you put in to grow, harvest, process, distill, etc. We get to pay tax money to subsidize it, and on top of that we have the high food prices. I place the real blame for this absurdity on the Congresscrooks who sold out to ADM and other Agribusiness donors.
