The United Nations will send nearly a quarter of a million condoms into cyclone-hit Myanmar to help needy survivors with no access to contraceptives, a UN official says.

So far, the UN Population Fund (UNFPA) said it had sent 72 800 condoms to survivors struggling to maintain their family planning after the storm hit in early May.

    Yes, of course! If you can live without food and water for some time, but condoms are an absolute necessity!

    That could be true. Let me guess. Maybe the condoms are distributed with food, but they have to use the Condom first before they can open the food container?

    I’d love to say it’s out of context but I’d be lying. Was there one good thing delivered? Yes

    Flights were also carrying reproductive health kits, which included razors for cutting umbilical cords, clean sheets for delivering babies and enough contraceptive pills and injections to last 3 390 women three months.

    So yes there was one really necessary portion delivered, the sheets and the razor blades..Otherwise, business as usual at the UN!

    If there was ever a country that needed to change it’s Govt; it’s that one. ~2 million people in danger because the Ahole that run the show are so paranoid they won’t let foreigners in to help. And what little food and supplies they have let in they mostly steal for themselves.

    If I lived there, I’d be looking for guns to GIT ‘R DONE…

    Will they know how to use them? Will they use them? They need to in the worst kind of way! Oh well, a cheap fix?
