Upon appointment as Benevolent Dictator of America, I would clean up San FranFreako in 30 days by a series of Executive Orders. There would be many unhappy people, but they would be the bums, the grifters, the tax suckers, the drug dealers, the degenerates, the criminals. In short the vermin that ruin everything for the normal, productive people. Yet another (although extreme) example of why San FranFreako is a city spun out of control.
