Starbucks Corp. has announced it’s closing 600 underperforming stores in the United States.The Seattle-based premium coffee company also announced Tuesday it expects to open fewer than 200 new company-operated stores in the United States in fiscal 2009.
The company says it will try to place workers from closed stores in remaining Starbucks.
Not to criticize Starbucks as I do like the Mocha Frappuccino Light Tall, but it has gotten like ‘The Goose that laid the Golden Egg’ story. GREEDY! Starbucks could have not built so many stores, so close together and cut the price of their coffee, etc. How easy is that! The Law of Abundance is available. It is just that people have gotten greedy, controlling and quite frankly a ‘form of insanity’ has set in. Until people realize this, things will get worse before they get better. Americans are well able to overcome, if their heart and mind is in the right place and have a mind to work. I hope all this bad news, will bring about an awareness of – what is needed to get out of this lock jaw syndrome, mad dog mentality and quit fighting about everything, in order to solve the problems we are facing. Surely someone can come along that can help and it won’t be a wet behind the ears Obama! BO has not come up with one workable solution yet. All Obama has done is make problems worse, stirring up hatred, racism, and division.

100% RIGHT!!! Obama got along for a long time with just meaningless rhetoric. When he finally had to start supplying some detail, it was readily apparent that his solutions were just more of the same Leftist/Socialist/Democrite/Communist crap that has failed everywhere and every time it has been implemented. Forget the lessons of history, Obama has all the answers and calls it “change”.
