Not to fund highways but to fund transportation projects to include mass transit. Exactly WHY should the people who are NOT using mass transit PAY for mass transit? I drive for a living. You can't deliver packages on mass transit. For that matter, I want to see some of these idiots have to ride a bus or the new light rail in Phoenix in the summer. We've been over 100 degrees almost every day for the last 6 weeks. Try taking groceries home on a bus or train for 45 minutes when it's that hot out.
