Global Warming Suffers Another Huge Setback

Adding to a growing list of disappointments for the Global Warming zealots, French geophysicist Claude Allegre has changed his views:
Washington DC – One of the most decorated French geophysicists has converted from a believer in manmade catastrophic global warming to a climate skeptic. This latest defector from the global warming camp caps a year in which numerous scientific studies have bolstered the claims of climate skeptics. Scientific studies that debunk the dire predictions of human-caused global warming have continued to accumulate and many believe the new science is shattering the media-promoted scientific “consensus” on climate alarmism.
Claude Allegre, a former government official and an active member of France’s Socialist Party, wrote an editorial on September 21, 2006 in the French newspaper L’Express titled “The Snows of Kilimanjaro” (For English Translation, click here: http://epw.senate.gov/fact.cfm?party=rep&id=264835 ) detailing his newfound skepticism about manmade global warming.
The so-called scientific consensus touted by Global Warming believers has already disintegrated, with the vast majority of Scientists now on the other side. The notion of human-caused Global Warming, which was never anything more than a hypothesis, can now safely be relegated to the status of “fantasy”. And the notion that we are in a period of Global Warming at all, is only a theory.
So next time you hear some MSM Newsreader babble about Global Warming, Al Gore utter more psychobabble, or hear a poor foolish member of the Church of Global Warming sticking to their dogma, you can shake your head and feel sorry for the poor fools. Then vote out of office any idiot politician who utters this absolute nonsense.

I am very, very disappointed. Not one post from a Global Warming zealot on this topic. I figured I’d get an argument or two, or maybe, who knows even a conversion might take place and a former Church of Global Warming member might rejoin the community of normal, common sense.
But not a single post. SFL has been here recently, we know that. Nothing to say, SFL? How’s that scientific consensus doing these days? Still a believer? Or are you ready to do a little ’splainin?
