Just to clarify, Roberts was remarking about what has been actual reaction from people. I don’t agree with it either and you are correct in assessing that the same doesn’t get cast to a guy.

I don’t think Roberts can get off the hook that easily. That’s an age old tactic, when someone wants to start a rumor, or inject something like that into the debate. They’ll lead off saying “Some say that…” when they are the only ones coming up with it. We have seen MSM douchebags do this for years. How many people even knew that about Sarah Palin without doing some research?
