Calling in the National Guard is the Governors job... not the Presidents job. Why is it that the NG gets called in with full organization and a sense of duty and purpose THIS time... why not last time? Different Governor this time - - a Republican one at that. We have been told that! I saw Ray Nagin at a press conference the other night. He said something like "This time if it comes we'll be ready." I thought: There you have it! We still have the same Bush in office, who doesn't care about Black people. So what's different? Perhaps this time the incompetent leadership of New Orleans and Louisiana have their heads out of their rectums? Is that what Nagin was saying? But IT WAS ALL BUSH’S FAULT! We have been told that!
