As for the flags, I'd rather people be schooled in what they represent rather then the correct treatment of a piece of cloth, preferably both, but more on the former. Would you rather our kids learn all the words to "Star Spangled Banner" or that it was written when our country was close to being snuffed out and by all counts should have lost the war and let the British take over, but didn't let this happen?
