I think it is up to us to clean up the mess. I have no problem with immigrants coming hear, but I demand that they use the front door, have the proper paperwork, assimilate into our culture, as the millions before them did, and live by our laws. Throw in my ex-governor's wildly popular of issuing driver's licenses. To my knowledge, Clinton didn't do a whole lot here either. Robert, not sure what clean up effort program you are refering to, but the only thing I've been hearing is about guest worker programs and that isn't a reform, just a band-aid.
