Comments on: Biden:”I hear all this talk about how the Republicans are going to work in dealing with parents who have both the joy, because there’s joy to it as well, the joy and the difficulty of raising a child who has a developmental disability, who were born with a birth defect,” Biden said at a rally in Columbia, Missouri. “Well, guess what folks? If you care about it, why don’t you support stem cell research?”

Biden must be talking about embryonic stem cell research, not umbilical stem cell research.

Because as Biden well knows, supporting stem cell research don't mean a thing if you can't kill more of the pre-born in the process.

When I went to vote last Tuesday, they asked if I was a Democrat and I said "No, I like low taxes and keeping my job." but they gave me a Dem ballot anyway. I handed it back and said "No, I need a Republican one." I guess living in a precinct that used to be segregated for blacks and hispanics and the nicest housing in the precinct is the new housing projects down the street (which the local Dems were FURIOUS that they were tearing down the old projects to construct) causes everyone to think that the entire place is Democrat. Too bad, the area could really use some businesses other than dollar stores, liquor stores, and Mexican auto body shops. Noone wants to put a real business into an area where drug dealing, theft and prostitution are the three biggest industries.
