Unfortunately, though I agree with FRMRARTYOFFICER, Republicans seem generally unable, and/or apathetic about the enforcement of election laws, both at the federal and state levels. The GOP seems overcome with ennui, as though already having accepted their fate, and they appear not to care to prosecute (sort of like their stance on illegal invaders, the financials meltdown, etc.) their friends the Democrats. Open partisanship at any level might disrupt the congenial flow of pork into career politicians’ pockets…

I wonder how long it will take the court to issue a contempt of court charge against her. It could land her in jail if she fails to comply. Of course over the course of a weekend, she could shred a LOT of evidence of vote tampering, so if I were the Republican Party in Ohio, I’d push to have her office records sequestered until she complies. Otherwise, they could end up as so much confetti.
