If Americans cant see what is going by now this country is dome. mcCain is going run this counrty into the ground he is evil and we cant trust him, look at his choice for running mate a person who has no idea of what is going on with America and problems face and she dont have a clue how to fix them. Obama proved one more for the third and final time thathe knows what to do to fix the problems that we are in and make a beter future for us. Please vote Obama on nov. 4th for you and yours childrens future.
Chris, please do us all a favor and don’t vote. You obviously have no grasp on history. I remember a campaign and environment VERY similar to this one, 32 yrs ago. An economy that had some problems, a president who had not done anything outrageously wrong other than be Republican when the media wanted a Democrat in the White House, and an extremely ill equipped for the job Democratic candidate that the MSM was bound and determined to put in the White House. The policies are near mirror images. Higher taxes on people who are productive to benefit those who aren’t. Gut the military to make it look like they’re cutting the budget while actually increasing spending on budget draining welfare programs, Putting forth a pacifist Kumbaya image to a world that sees it as a sign of weakness, and a basic inability to realize that the only way to reduce energy costs is to increase supply substantially, something that no technology out there save nuclear, or Coal to Liquid can do.
I remember the Carter administration perfectly well thank you. I remember him taking office with unemployment being a little over 6% and before Reagan’s tax and spending cutting policies kicked in unemployment going over 8%. I remember inflation going over 12% and mortgage rates into the high teens/ low twenties on a fixed rate. I remember all of these things, and Obama’s policies will cause them to happen again only worse.
Some believe that Obama wants to turn the US into A European type Socialist country. Considering his upbringing and connections to Udinga in Kenya, I would guess a full blown Strong Man Marxist regime in the African model might be more to his liking. His policies indicate an underlying desire to attempt just such a thing. Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it.
This is the last few weeks for the organized Obama shill campaign to post their nonsense and talking points everywhere.
Craig, your post above is pure babbling blather. It is an almost incoherent compilation of the current Democrite talking points.
You know Robert I believe you are correct in that there seemed to be alot of one time bloggers to this site and I’m sure many others. No one stuck around to comment on the responses to their comments. Just pure rubbish.
I recorded the debate rather than watch it. Quite frankly NObama’s constant uh’s, ahs, and duh’s get on my nerves to the extent it literally sickens me. I’ve read and heard enough from and about both candidates to understand that if we want this country to succeed we need McCain, to fail we need NObama. I choose SUCCESS!
Well, McCain didn’t score the k.o. that he needed. Obama went in with a serious lead and the first polls of independent voters are all saying that Obama won big, that McCain’s attacks on character were a turn-off, etc. Apparently people actually are sick of Karl Rove-style politics. Who’d have thunk it? Now Obama has 1) a big lead in the polls; 2) an apparent sweep of the three debates; 3) much, much more money than the McCain campaign to buy TV time, ads in battleground states, etc.
Oh well, like I’ve said, it doesn’t matter that much — the country is moving to the left either way. I have to admit, though, I do find it funny that the republicans are actually running the most left-wing candidate they’ve run since … since ever, I guess, and they’re still getting creamed.
The independants say O won the debate but it didn’t get them to decide so how well did he actually do?
Why do you think that it didn’t help independents to decide? There won’t be a poll that measures the full effects of the debate for the next couple days.
Also, Obama went in with a big lead, so it wasn’t so important that he win over a lot of undecided voters; it was important for him not to lose voters to McCain. If people are saying that he won, then I guess his strategy worked.
Hey, this is pretty funny: http://www.eisenstadtgroup.com/2008/10/15/joe-the-plumber-wurzelbacher-related-to-charles-keating-oops/
Don’t these guys ever do background checks…
I guess you didn’t really read that gotcha did you?
I watched multiple interviews with the undecided voters and they claim Obama won but it didn’t sway them to vote for him..
I saw some of those with Frank Luntz. Interesting. I’ve been watching some of the debate and see that the messiah isn’t hemming and hawing so much. Still, imo he seems like he’s on the defensive.
Again, interviews with a handful of undecided voters don’t make much of a difference. We’ll see if there’s been a poll-bump one way or another in few days.
I posted the “gotcha” thing because I thought it was funny coming from a right-wing website. Also, are people seriously treating “gotcha” as a noun now?
Also, I thought that you might get a kick out of this poll: http://rightvoices.com/2004/10/26/why-is-he-smiling/
A blast from the past right? Things sure look different now…
