1. Rev Wright made a grammatical error is saying the words “God Damm America”.  If he would have been proper and precise in his oratory, he would/should have paused and it would end up like this- God Damn!  America, thereby extolling the wonderful benefits of this USA.  He is a veteran, as we all know and he served with distinction regading LBJ’s health and photo op that is a prerequisite for mobility in the day and age.  Within the context of the Rev. Wright’s speech, he never abrogated the rights of any citizen, he never passed laws to that effect but he did speak from the historical record of 250 years of denial, deceit and hypocracy!  Despite that legacy, he conducted himself with dignity as opposed to what we see around the world with disposseded people through armed struggle who will and have destroyed their own countries due to past inequity and savage treatment!  God Bless America and everplace else!

I took a look at this “post racial ideology” phrase/statemtn/concept as delineated by Shelby Steel and LaShawn (a real one!)  and no upright thinking person can believe that all such problems can be eradicated immediately. This is a fallacy at best! The principals of the ideology are right in that their own actions seek to redress and correct the inequities of the past and theycould not be responsible for others’ ignorance.
Young people voted for a change to the past 8 years and wanted to be involved with someone who was a possible vehicle! to implement that change. Again, Obama was not born in a manger, nor was he born by Immaculate Conception (as Rush tries to imply) and he was not anointed, appointed nor born on a throne. 
Obama is not a Messiah and by all accounte if he were, he would be done away with like the real Messiah!

But the subject here is Obama. He’s so articulate, so smart, so wonderful…uhhhh except ummm, you know, ummm when there’s no, uhhh, teleprompter.

Did you see his press conference today? He looked and sounded like he was surprised: Hey, I got the job—what do I do now?

Have you ever seen any President Bush clips like this? I’ve seen plenty. I’m sure there are clips like that about Senator McCain also; but I’ve never bothered to look at them.

Hmmm, you endlessly criticize the democrats and then ask why you should act differently from them. Do you not aspire to be better then the very Democrats you criticize.
