    GIVE THE BAIL OUT MONEY TO THE CITIZENS OVER 21, AND THEY CAN PAY OFF THEIR MORTGAGES, BUY CARS,ETC.  THAT WILL SOVE THE PROBLEMS WITH THE ECONOMY,  COULD EVEN TAX THE PROCEEDS.  LETS TRUST THE AMERICANS, NOT WALL STREET OR THE POLITICIANS
