Seems to me that maybe if the Government announces a tax holiday and does not tax people who are making money. Those people can go out and spend the money directly to all the companies that need business.
The way the bailouts are working is that the companies get financial assistance and do not do any work. Like welfare – but we already know that getting people off of welfare is harder than getting them on it … they become dependents of the government.
