That together with the absence of uhhs, umms, and you knows confirmed he did have assistance. Did you hear the arrogance: Point #1, Point #2 and so on. Then on just about every tough question,  he began his response by blaming Bush/someone else. Then he stated he inherited a $1.3T annual budget deficit form Bush? Huh?
