		<description>Touché. Completely removing the aspect of the next Olympics, I get your point that Daley has been spending like there&#039;s no tomorrow, and that 12% of the stimulus is quite hefty considering the generous toll money they have already collected.</description>

But if it&#039;s mostly coming from the stimulus (especially if the money isn&#039;t originally alloted for that purpose) then that would be unfair.</description>
