His first mistake was swearing in as Barack Hussein Obama (not II) saying he swears to protect the Constitution. That was most probably illegal. There is no record of a name change from Barry Soetoro when he was adopted in Indonesia.

In addition, he admitted going to Pakistan with a Muslim friend in his college days at Occidental College about 1981 when it was illegal for US citizens to go. This is a serious security breach.
