The reason why the head monkeys want's so called  "health care now",  it can be used against the main population as a tool of total repopulation of the third world once you understand this fact.  the real issue  becomes clear as a tool of race war in slow motion. and with a really stupid population now here it will work all to well and if it worked for hitler 70 years ago it will work now.
