Amazing. In one fell swoop, the lawsuit (a) gives Fox a reason to keep covering the story, (b) presents a thorny legal issue that’ll attract media to the scandal who might not otherwise have touched it, and (c) makes ACORN look like they’re trying to punish people who exposed taxpayer-funded corruption. Which, of course, they are.
Remember, Bertha Lewis told CNN she was grateful to O’Keefe et al. for rooting out those “few bad apples,” but as the boss reminds us, shooting the messenger is the ACORN way. Here’s her gratitude

I saw Breitbart on O’Reilly last night. I believe there is plenty of evidence that suggests this case will just be a money maker for the lawyers. Acorn is finished (thank heaven) and these two young journalists should be hailed as heros.
I wonder if NBC will offer them a job?

MD_Conservative has a good point because not only has ACORN now made this a bigger issue, but now that it is in the venue of the Court ACORN cannot lie and misrepresent the way they do in the media.
ACORN is an organized crime syndicate and should be investigated, prosecuted, and shut down.

ACORN does not realize the amount of support that James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles have behind them. ACORN is in panic mode. I am certain liberals are upset, however as a father of a daughter I am completely proud for their work with exposing this illegal activity.

I agree Md Conservative. I don’t believe Fox News was behind it for a minute but now that things have come down I think they are standing behind them.
Kudos to these two – it’s about time more conservatives become journalists.

Acorn is just one more BS third world idea, setup by little rats to do evil acts against freedom it helps no one but the monkeys who control it for money and evil against the people of the USA, End of story.
the shadow groups behind Acorn need to be removed by people of freedom and as you know this will never happen in fact acorn will be back in business soon doing its thing to you.
