13 dead, 30 others in stable condition. Heard this morning two of the dead were civilians. Also this from the AP (and commenters in the thread), “Soldiers who witnessed the shooting rampage at Fort Hood that left 13 people dead reported that the gunman shouted “Allahu Akbar!” before opening fire, the base commander said Friday”

The gunman who killed 12 people today at Ft. Hood appears, based on current media reports, to be Army psychiatrist Nidal Hasan who was listed as a participant in a Homeland Security Policy Institute’s presidential transition task force last year.
The task force was not officially affiliated with the White House. It was a project of the Homeland Security Policy Institute, an independent thinktank housed at George Washington University, aimed at drafting policy recommendations for the incoming Obama administration.

this is what happens when you have a PC Army how sad but will become normal place in the coming years of hell for this nation.
This would have never happen 40 years ago we all knew what happens to rats who side with the other side if you know what i mean?, in fact i know for a fact that the old Army did deal with guys who had ideals if you know what i mean? real good!
we need to go back to a real army who understands how to deal with the rats inside our units, if you know what i mean?

You have a point Fred. Everything is so pc that even in the military there can be a terrorist. I hear silence from the american muslim community; again.
I was particularly troubled by the NObama administrations lecture of “don’t rush to judgement.” I mean is he for frickin real? This man might have been acting alone but he was most definitely following the radical ideologies of TERRORISM.
So this is yet another terrorist attack on US soil we can chalk up. When will the commie dumbocrats finally get it.

Yes, it turns out this eveil terrosist murderer had been sending up red flags for years. But nobody could or would do anything about it because the minute they did, the Anti-American Communist Liberals United, CAIR, and every Boll Weevil Leftist group would be screaming Bigotry, Racism, and Hate-Crime! The way to begin getting back to reality, to what America should be, is to stop caring about what they say. To Hell with them! The Nobama Administration is reportedly working behind the scenes to sign international treaties that would ban guns in the U.S., a way to do so as an end-run around our legislative process and the Constitution.
So even as our terrorist-loving so called leadership is doing its best to weaken our security agencies, import Gitmo terrorists to America, and otherwise offer aid and comfort to our enemies, they want to take away our means of self defense at a time when we need them more than ever.
Seems to me this is impeachable. IMPEACH NOW!

Historically speaking REAL americans are not above a revolution. I can definitely see one coming. Sometimes I wonder what the final straw will be. The use of a dirty bomb in a city, taking away guns from citizens, or unemployment rising to more than 20%?
Whether or not this man is impeached I believe with all my heart that he will be a one term president. If I am wrong then America as I knew it, as I believed it was, no longer exists.
I remember when freedom meant just that. Free to go where you want and say what you want. I remember values. Going to church with my Gramma and dressing up for Sunday dinner. I grew up in a small town where blacks and whites worked together, went to school together and just got along. It was only in the big, liberal cities that we saw prejudice and discrimination played out on the nightly news. We understood that sometimes bad things happen to good people and neighbors were neighbors and helped each other out.
What I see now is heartbreaking.

It is sad the state of affairs in this country. 40+ years of liberalism has ruined this once great nation. The time for a revolution is sadly approaching. If the revolution has to be bloody so be it, its time for brave American’s to rise as they bravely did in 1776, and cut out the liberal cancer that is destroying America.

What is needed is not to threaten or overthrow the US Govt, but to restore it. Restore it to to the health, vitality, and purpose the Founders created it with. Fumigate the Boll Weevils, remove the Vermin who have violated their sacred oath and undermined, attacked, and are enemies of the Constitution.
