Subcommittee on Oversight ranking member Charles Boustany R-La. said the IRS provision in the bill “dangerously expands, in an ominous way the tentacles of the IRS and it's reach into every American family,” he said today during a press conference. “This is a vast expanse of power,” he said. Boustany said the bill would allow the IRS to confiscate refunds if there are penalties for not buying health care.

With 38 states laying the groundwork for lawsuits against this very unconstitutional piece of legislation, the tea party rallies, the abandonment of many democraps from their own party does signify to me that if they STILL have the AUDACITY to try to pass this bill they will have a revolt of unprecedented magnitude on their hands.

BonBon to you and I and other Conservatives this is outrageously, monumentally unconstitutional. But there are whackjobs out there who would read the same Constitution and think it is just fine. They are the same ones who read the 2nd Amendment then argue it doesn’t give individual Americans the right to arms. I see these cretins time after time writing letters to the editor of newspapers arguing that “well-regulated Militia” means the National Guard, the authorities. The dopes are too ignorant and stupid to understand that when it was written “well-regulated” meant trained and equipped, in other words, they need their guns to be an effective militia force. But the ignorance, the stupidity, the weaselness, the degeneracy of the “Progressives” renders them incapable of rational functioning.
